Gary User How do I get a refund? It is horribly slow to load, and can't be registered because of some problem at your server (it gives an "unstable" message). Also, I don't need an interface with a zillion other program tabs when all I want and bought was one. poorly designed, and I'm guessing based on the Commodore 64 loading speed very poorly coded.

Norman Wong @Gary User

Our software starts, registration process all have tutorial video. Fast and stable. If you want to complain publicly about us here, you must provide evidence or you're trying to discredit us.

Our software design is very good, especially the interface design, and we are confident that we will not lose out when compared to any of today's most advanced Microsoft, Adobe, and Apple software.

You can refund in many ways, but you didn't choose any one, but yelled directly on our sales page - refund. According to your comment, I can see you have some understanding of software technology. So Can I imitate you "I'm guessing...", to guess you're employed by our competitors, you are the people who make money by pitting others.

Gary User I'm confident that most people who try your software will agree with me. What country are you in that you think you can shutdown people's opinions?
Aug 30 at 6:10am Copy Link
Norman Wong @Gary User

What is your confidence based on? Do you have any basis? Or is it still based on your "I'm guessing"? Guess yourself are not enough, but you're going to have to take someone else's guess?

Isn't your comment still there? What country are you in that let you think your opinions are shut downed?

If you can't provide new evidence to support your point of view. Please stop pestering. It's a waste of everyone's time.

Cary Adams O WOW... a developer that attacks their customers. How wonderful is that? With that attitude, it's no wonder free world users don't come near Norman.

And yes, there are a zillion unwanted tabs on a WinXP-like interface, with the developer hoping to push many more apps upon the unwilling buyer by foisting unnecessary tabs on the user.

Calling "Gary User" a competitor is laughable, I'm confident that Microsoft, Adobe, and Apple have lost zero sales to Norman.

And finally... a caution to folks that use Google Meet with people they don't know. Only do so with a virtual connection on a VPN.

Norman Wong @Cary Adams

“attacks their customers”, “WinXP-like interface”, “free world users don't come near”, “unwanted tabs”, “a caution to folks”... Why does a person have so many negative thoughts in just a few words? Even guesses are terrible! Does he really live in a free world? I only know that those who have no freedom are more eager to be free.

In my opinion: it's actually "talking to users," “the most fashion ribbon interface”, "never thought software would be linked to free world”, " "they are all necessary tabs," "no caution, I believe in Google"…

I can't and don't want to install this stuff.

Aug 30 at 4:12pm Copy Link
lisba f Tried to install the trial version, Microsoft (and I may understand why) prohibits me, giving the following message. "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

Based on our experience, please confirm the following:

1. Are you downloading Sanwhole software products?

2. Do you choose the right 32-bit or 64 bit software for your operating system?

3. Have you installed. Net framework 4.6.2 as recommended?

Michel Verstrepen @Norman Wong Hello

In your lists, bitdefender don't detect your files ... but this is the case !!
The virus database data is updated !!

What can i do if i'm not ready to suspend my antivirus software ?
Aug 30 at 4:49pm Copy Link
Norman Wong @Michel Verstrepen

For newly released software, it takes at least one to two weeks for personal antivirus software to adapt. Our latest version of software has just been released. So you can try again in a week.

Norman Wong @lisba f

I didn't see your application to join my meeting. What is the Google Meet address you use?
Sanwhole - Aug 30 at 5:43pm Copy Link
lisba f I didn't know I need an application to participate, I don't want to go that far.
Aug 30 at 5:47pm Copy Link
Norman Wong @lisba f -

So why do you say “I joined Google Meet.”?
Sanwhole - Aug 30 at 5:50pm Copy Link
lisba f Thinking it was a normal chat.

Norman Wong @lisba f

Any comment system needs to be log in, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and BitsDujour, etc. To join Google Meet, Google just need you login your Google account, nothing else.

"So what about screen-shot?"

Your screenshot, used to describe the phenomenon you say, helps us to deal with your problem quickly.
Sanwhole - Aug 30 at 6:10pm Copy Link
lisba f I typed for you the message Microsoft sent me. Do you need a screen-shot of that message or of something else?
Aug 30 at 6:16pm Copy Link
Norman Wong @lisba f

Yes, I just need that screenshot now, and any information you think will help. In the process of dealing with this problem, we may need other information, but we can't be sure now.
Sanwhole - Aug 30 at 6:23pm Copy Link
lisba f I don't think BitsDuJour allows me to attach a screen-shot to a message. In that case I would rather choose to give up.
Aug 30 at 6:30pm Copy Link
Norman Wong @lisba f

Click your BitsDuJour portrait, BitsDuJour says "lisba f has 142 Comments on 66 Products". It's hard for me to believe that you didn't know you could email me the screenshot. Maybe “give up” is your best choice now.

Cary Adams Hey... lighten up on lisba f... This is not at all professional.
Aug 30 at 6:50pm Copy Link

Look at the content of your post here and the way you treat my reply. Hit and run. Plus, shift attention at any time. No doubt, you are professional.

Gary User Ah...another "my program stinks so I'll attack the customers" post by Norman.

Norman Wong @Gary User

This promotion has ended, you still did not provide any evidence, so there is no doubt that you are deliberately denigrating our products, and fully confirmed my previous speculation about you. You can often come and see my reply here. It's good for you to do less bad things.

Don't be wishful thinking. Other people are not like you.
