Norman Wong @ Michael R. - The software supports Microsoft Word 2002 and higher. So Word 2007 is enough. And the software supports OpenOffice, LibreOffice and SoftMaker Word process. too.

Yes, LTUG edition supports all futer upgrade include minor update and major upgrade for free.

openoffice, libre office and softmaker office.
Which is great.

Your "features comparison chart" implies one would need ms officeWord verion 2013 to be able to deal with:
-online images
-online movies

Which versions of those other office suites (open office, libre office and softmaker office) are required to fully utilize this program?

Norman Wong @disenchanted - The software improved the online media feathres in the latest version updates and not need word 2013 any more, word 2002 can do the work. OpenOffice 4, LibreOffice5 and SoftMaker2012 can deal the online images and movies too. We will remove the limitation indication later. Thank you for your question.

Meindert User This is too complicated to order. I used your buttons to recharge the sanwhole account with 20 dollar - using the same paypal address as I use for the sanwhole account - going through all the steps to order the product (from within the software installed) and managed to enter the discount code but when I need to pay, my account is not recharged with the 20 dollars. I extracted the following from the Sanwhole site:

Terms Service Duration

AUTD Always up to date.
Free minor update and major upgrade during
subscription duration. Provide free edition
features out of subscription duration.

LTUD Life Time use + free minor Updates.
You can free update to version 3.xx.xxxxx,
but you need to pay for the upgrade to
version 4.xx.xxxxx, just like you need to
pay for windows 8 when you bought windows 7.

LTUG Life Time use + free major Upgrades.
You can free upgrade any version, just like
you have bought all windows version at once,
include Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 etc.

This should answer your question.

William W. Geertsema I have the same problem as Jon Spain.
Attempting to purchase, I was requested to log in, and was asked for my username and password.
I have no idea what I am being asked for.
I also purchased programs from Sanwhole before (Vole Internet Expedition, and Vole Windows Expedition), but cannot find the requested information (username and password) in any of the documents relating to those purchases (and I am in the habit of thoroughly documenting what I do).
Please let me know how I can purchase Professional LTUG, $ 19.50, before the offer runs out.

I need the Software download. I did not receive a confirmation email after purchase, and there is no link to download the Software in the order history, and I have not received an email with a download link for the vole software...

Pavel User Hi,

Today I properly registered and activated your program. I followed your instructions (including the IIS 7.0 Hosting Deployment Guide file) and when I selected "Export Website" in the "PageShare" menu, I got the message "805262320: You cannot use this feature now, please upgrade the software and try again."

I guess I didn't understand something, can you advise me what to do?

eb235 After installing Sanwhole Studio, and redeeming the code I received for Sanwhole PageShare Pro LTUD, when I "manage Licenses" I see

Vole PageShare Professional Edition LTUD 2020-12-05-2021-01 -05

Does that mean that the free lIcense we get through BDJ is only valid for one month from 2020-12-05 to 2021 -01 -05 ??

After successful activation, your software title should contain the word LTUD. LTUD = lifetime use + 2 years free major upgrades. The year you see should actually be one month. The reason is that although you are a zero dollar purchase, you have the same rights as the normal purchase. So you have to go through a one month refund procedure as the normal purchase.

Therefore, after a month, to get a formal licences you only need to activate your PCs again. You don't have to redeem just activate will be OK. Redeem menu item and Activate menu item are next to each other. Learn more here: https://sanwhole.com/Home/Agreement

Eros User I can't seem to install the program. Each time I try I get this error message:

Joseph User Windows 7, 64 bit, .NET 4.8, kb2999226 installed.

Installed from 64-bit exe, app runs for about 5 seconds, as shown in task manager, but no windows ever appear, then task leaves task manager.

Uninstalled and installed 64 bit msi version, same thing when running. Appears to try to start and then just quits.

No registration window, nothing, no windows of any sort.
