anonny User This program in it's default state does NOT support XP and Vista... it needs custom compatible downloader modules built to support XP and Visa as required from 3rd party open source developers. The developer has chosen to NOT include the compatible modules in the default installer.

Sandra User I have used 4 different browsers asking to resend the email for the licence code, several times on each over the last hour, and nothing has arrived.

I did have an earlier version fully licensed that I often use but the code for that does not work for this version and, as the code does not appear to be arriving, I am stuck with the limitations of the trial version.

Is there someway to get the license code please.

Sandra User I eventually received my licence code and activated the software after waiting sonme 8 hours and requesting it from 4 different browsers, several times in each browser then commenting here that I had not received the email.

Peter First But the problem is still there.
I have tried to get the registration code (using two different browsers) and the resend button a number of times.
BUT NOTHING HAPPENS and no email is received in either the inbox or Junk mail box!
Now the older version I had working has been replaced, and all I have is a Trial version
