Does it mean that users shall stick to the current version only, even if there're minor updates that fixes bugs and known issues (e.g. 4.6 -> 4.7 not allowed)?

Jean-Francois Puglia On your website the Personal version is always free and the business start at the price stated here. You played with word in this "100% off". Since the Fine Print only allow us to use this as personal, this is the personal licence that is ALWAYS FREE anyway.
