Think back to the Stone Age of officework, when the lack of instant electronic communications meant you had to write comments on sticky notes. After you were done scribbling, where would you put these notes? On the documents that they pertained to, of course! But now, in today's whiz-bang culture of bits and bytes, no one writes paper notes, and the utility of attaching notes to the actual documents that needed them is lost in time, forever. Or is it? Not if you get your hands on a copy of today's discount software promotion - GumNotes!

GumNotes lets you attach notes to the documents that they refer to, including Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel files, websites, emails, or images! With GumNotes, just three steps separates you from achieving an annotated piece of information that's instantly more useful to everyone who sees it. Just open any website, document, or email, open up GumNotes, and write your note. The very next time you launch that site, document, or email, your note will be attached to it, like magic!

With support for every web browser, Outlook, and even Gmail, there's no reason not to start using GumNotes today! For collaborators, you'll love the ability to share notes with your friends, while viewing and editing your notes on your iPhone, Mac, or Android device or over the Internet!

Folks, please note that GumNotes can synchronize notes with Simplenote

Michael R. I remember a similar feature, back in Amiga-Times...

Is it possible to add a filenote to every file, no matter which type it is?
I do mainly use an external File-Explorer (like Dopus) and an alternative DOS-Box (TakeCommand). Can I Access to the filenotes from there too?

Can I access to them from self-written programs (in C) too? How do I do that?

MojoMan The best way to find out exactly how it works is to download the trial. That's what I'm doing. I set up a Simplenote account and am putting it to the test. Nothing beats hands on experience.

HJ B 1. If I stick a note onto a document, and I send that document to someone, will the other person be able to see the note? Must they also be a owner of this program to be able to see it?

2. Can you have several notes on one document page?

3. Can you remove a note?

4. Can you print out ONLY the notes that you have affixed to a document?
