CodeDog I own both Turbo Photo and Recomposit. I downloaded the trial for this program to install and perform the upgrade as noted on the website. However, when I try to run the program after installation I get the error:

"C:\Program Files\Light Developer\AdminCopy.exe"

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect."

Downloaded and installed twice. Windows 7 32bit, and made sure I downloaded the 32bit version. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

1. same problem like codedog on a windows 7 home premium 64bit machine - program not working

2. could the vendor please clarify, if the software is bound to a subscriptional basis ?
the fineprint says "After you make a purchase of this BitsDuJour discount promotion, Light Developer - Editing Version may be used for 3 months."

3. does the software make use of drm (online activation / hardware footprint)?

Michael R. Wow! In the next few days you are offering 3 different version of your 'Light'-software. Can you point out, what the difference between these three- and perhaps even more are coming up - is?

(I found this by going to the Buy section. It would help if this link was posted on the main page.)

You can see the differences between the versions being offered.

There is also a $9 "rental" version which allows you three months of using the program, and that is possibly where the Fine Print info came from.

And according to the info for the full version, it is only $9 to renew your license each year.

So, if I understand it correctly, you would pay $39.50 for the first year, if you buy the full version, and then "renew" your license each year thereafter for $9. I am not clear on whether or not you can continue to use the highest version released during the first year, if you choose not to renew. Clarification from the vendor would be helpful.

Editing Matting, and Full-version.

For precious Turbo Photo and Recomposit user, click on upgrade button in Light Developer and input the seriallcode to get a coupon or directly upgrade.
