Dave V Just comparing this to the pricing on your website and I can't find the 'Font Portfolio' that you list as being included. I can find the other add-on items just not that one and being that the Pro version is $15 on the website currently I want to make sure the included add-on items make sense for me. Which font pack on the website is equivalent to the 'Font Portfolio' included with the BDJ promotion. Thanks in advance!

Chris The Fine Print says 'License activation isn't required.' but I purchased and can confirm that it is required.
In the past it wasn't required, but seems it is now, so that needs to be changed ASAP!

Chris And nothing from BDJ either. They usually will post that they emailed the vendor about the questions.
Also, the program has an installer for a font manager and also says install 700 fonts. It installs them to the documents area in a folder, but there are only 69 in it. I have no idea where this Font Portfolio is with 6,000 fonts.

Our Director of Internet Operations was out Friday for personal matters and it appears we only had one comment to reply to. As far as the licensing requirement, the Logo Design Studio product has always required a license to prevent piracy issues. Please email downloadssummisoftcorp.com if you are having issues.

Perhaps you can explain why the technical support folks at Summitsoft have ignored support request #IGL-179-66572, created on February 21, 2015, with updated requests on February 27, March 21, April 11 and April 26, all of which have gone ignored? I used to be a big supporter of your products, however, if this is reflective of the support offered by your company, count me out. Thank you.

Chris Well, it is nice to know I purchased 6000 fonts that was supposed to be with the Font Portfolio and it still states that above. I don't understand why you didn't proofread the offer before it went live. And as for license activation isn't required, it still claims that on The Fine Print tab.
