anonny User This version IS NOT VISTA OR XP COMPATIBLE as the included builds of youtube_dl and yt-dlp_x86.exe are either not current or not compatible with XP and VIsta... it is possible to source compatible and current versions of these 3rd party downloader files from developers that have chosen to support the older versions of windows where the 3rd party developers used by allavsoft do not support XP or vista or windows 7 in some cases.

Constantin Florea @Chris User, I see you only participated in the promotion by getting the registration information for the Mac version. I checked your Purchases page:

and I see that every previous time when you participated in this giveaway (for Allavsoft) you participated to get the registration information for the Windows version. This suggests that this time as well you need the Windows registration key not the Mac registration key.

If you do indeed need to register the Windows version of the application then you can get the Windows key by participating in the promotion again this time selecting the Windows purchase option.

It will not work trying to register the Windows version using the Mac key or to register the Mac version using a Windows key.

Constantin Florea @Seven User, I just checked your Purchases page and I see you did participate in the promotion by ordering the Mac version.

If you need the Windows version, you can still participate in the promotion by following the same purchase flow (as you did when you ordered the Mac version) but this time selecting the Windows version in the page where you can select between the two versions. The promotion is still running today.
