Antoosa Dear BitsDuJour team (Constantin & Johann)

I am trying to register my BitsDuJour.com Analogs 3 software to no avail. I do not remember my Franzis.de password and, thus, am not able to request my license code/key.
Please help me to fix this problem so I may successfully register the program. I sent the Franzis team an email message before about another one of their previous BDJ programs and received no reply from them (very frustrating.)
In the future, it would be good if the Franzis team makes its registration process easier than it currently is. This is certainly no way to win customers.
Thank you much to all, and I hope to hear favorably from you soon.

Frank Christensen Requires you to store data/images on their cloud, can't be skipped and that's a deal-killer for me.

Also requires you to sign up for their emails.

I own this software and it DOES NOT require you to store images on their cloud. Images can be stored locally via FIle>Save Final Image>Save.

Frank Christensen Thanks, Don, and apologies, all, I was remembering what I thought I read, and was wrong.

BUT it does say, "I agree with the storage and processing of my personal data." It does NOT say what that means. There's an "*" after that and the "clarification" mentions nothing about it.

So until I know more clearly what I'm agreeing to, ain't happening. I'm old, careful, leery of blanket statements.

FWIW, I have over a dozen pieces of software from Franzis and I get about 6 emails from them a month. All of the emails are special pricing for software --> for instance, today an offer for Photozoom 6 Pro for $39 and yesterday a last chance at Silkypix DSP 7 for $59.

Andy Seed I tried to install this following the instructions from Franzis but after inputting the ID I was given and the registration code it asked for a serial number that I was not given so now I only have a 30 day trial! I have contacted Franzis about this - we'll see what happens!

Frank Christensen After clicking on the link they sent to validate my email, got

PRC I'm having a similar problem obtaining a registration code. I have provided my email upon starting installation of the software, but no email is sent from Franzis. Plus they want a password entered, but not way to create a password. Then you go around in circles with the password issue. Something is wrong with this system. I have other Franzis software and was looking forward to adding ANALOG projects, but I'm frustrated with this problem.

Andy Seed I too have other Franzis pprograms and didn't have an issue but with this one there is definitely something wrong as it only lets you load the 30 day trial then asks for a serial number that you are not given. I emailed Franzis but have not had a reply yet.there

bill allen @Andy Seed the registration process does tell you that you also need to use the registration code as the serial number to activate the product. This has pretty much always been the case with Franzis offerings.

All the info is in the registration email.

RichU Hi, pardon my ignorance on this subject, but what is the difference between this program "Analog Projects 3" and "Photo Projects 3" by the same vendor? (which I have previously installed.)

The main difference between the two are the filters. Analog Projects 3
has a bunch of "retro" style filters.

PRC OK, finally I got the registration process to work by using a different email address. The email address that already receives promo emails from Franzis would not work, but a "fresh" email address did work.

Constantin Florea @Steven Garratt, If you clicked the direct installer URLs in the receipt emails, and the download didn't start, then you could copy any of those two URLs and paste the copied URL into the address bar of a browser and hit Enter. That will start the download process.

Jeremy User Before buying anything from them even if it is a considerable discount from the normal price I highly suggest going to their website and making sure it is a new version, and that there is not a bundle with 5 more equal programs for LESS than the discount you just got... it's nonsense they have options to upgrade to the newest version of some programs, to the NON pro version, for almost the same price as the full version, even if your previous version was pro... These programs are great though.
