Nancy Salay HI Thomas,

It looks to me that everything is in order. I will contact Fedora (the host site) to see if it is something on their end. I'll get back in touch with you as soon as I know something.

bvssunnydale Has anyone in history ever used this course? There are no reviews online, the website link doesn't take you anywhere, this looks to be it's only product - ever, the screenshot is generic, and the past comments are much ado about nothing (meaningful).. I do like the educational courses (Lynda.Com is excellent) but there's just not enough info on this to make an informed decision.

_*_ @bvssunnydale Maybe, the hunting and thinking you have to do to find out about the course is the brain training! ;o)

Robert Crombie I notice it can be downloaded.
Does that mean I can do the exercises at any time, at my own pace ?
(Don't have to conform to some online regime)

CFGuy Hi - This looks interesting, but what does the consumer get (exactly)? I looked on the linked website to try and find more details. but they were not listed. Typically, for an online "course" such as this, statistics are provided (before purchase) such as: "course includes x hours of video content, x number of eBooks or eWorkbooks, x program(s), etc.) Could you be more specific as to what this course includes (content) so as to allow consumers to decide if it is a worthwhile investment for them? Thanks. -Cfguy

Nancy Salay Hi,
Sorry, just got this post. Here is an overview:

This course will not only develop your memory, attention, and problem solving skills, but it will also teach you how to undo the negative cognitive side-effects of our modern technologies.

I’ve been writing and teaching at universities across North America about the mind, the brain, and cognition for the past fifteen years. I am continually struck by how unaware people are of the simple things they could be doing to improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Heavy technology use will lead to brain fatigue, stress, and depression

… unless coping strategies are implemented.

This course will give you those tools:

— Exercises and techniques for developing a daily brain/body routine that works with your lifestyle;

— Knowledge of the most important brain basics so that you can make healthy life choices.

The course is designed to be followed as a four-week programme, five days/week. Each week is a focus module: Brain Basics, Cognitive Exhaustion, Cognitive Distraction, Attention and Memory. On each of the five module days you will watch a short, easy-to-follow video lecture in which you will either learn some of the basic concepts relevant to the week’s focus or you will be shown exercises and techniques to help you optimise with respect to that focus. You will also be encouraged to do a daily meditation — the course offers many different guided meditations for you to choose from!

What People are Saying about Dr. Salay and The Course:

“Seriously, this class is fantastic. … I’ve learned so much and am practicing most of the things suggested – they only take a few minutes a day. Memory, focus and productivity are improving. Anyone who is interested in learning and growing will benefit from taking this class.”

— Deb, Udemy Student

“I took this course as part of my Continuing Professional Development as a professional accountant--but this course would be useful to all professionals, students, and anyone who wants to improve their cognitive capacities: focus, concentration, and productivity. The daily meditation with Dr. Salay quickly became the highlight of my day.”

— Erin Webster, CPA

Wearsie Jackson Looks interesting for sure, but I still have no idea of what this offering entitles the buyer as the author still didn't answer the original questions: hours of video content, x number of eBooks or eWorkbooks, x program(s), etc

Also, how long is each module? What will be the time commitment per day for the 5 days a week for 4 weeks, including practice?
