What are people saying about [FireLion] Anti Keyloggers

Charlie Arehart To the makers (FireLion), folks, before I'd download your tool I'd want to check more info on your web site. I have to say, then, that your front page could be discouraging interest and sales. Not only is the contrast of the text too low (gray on black) and there's really too much text, more important it lacks any organizational queues (not enough headers to break up the volume).

No one likes being criticized, and this may not seem the place to do it, but since the point of BDJ is to help spur sales, sometimes these comments are indeed seen as helpful by sellers. And considering that I couldn't find any email or contact form in the about page, and the support link was a forum (and I didn't feel like registering to share this there), I had no other choice but to offer the comments here. Hope they're helpful.

Hoang Vu Le For temporary use, you can add file to ignore list. Here is instruction from AVG:
If the file is detected as a virus

* Please open AVG - menu "Tools" - "Advanced settings" - "Resident Shield" - "Exceptions".
* Enable the option "Use excludes in Resident Shield" and "Add path" to the folder which contains the file.
* Please note that the file will be still detected by AVG test. However, you can disable automatic healing in AVG - "Computer scanner" - double-click on scheduled scan - "How to scan" - disable the option "Automatically heal/remove infections".

Hoang Vu Le Here is email I got from AVG team:
===
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, the previous virus database might have detected the
mentioned virus on some legitimate applications. We can confirm that
it was a false alarm. We will immediately release a new virus update
that will remove the false positive detection on this file. Please
update your AVG and check your files again.

If you need to restore deleted files from AVG Virus Vault you can do
it this way:

AVG 7.5
- Open AVG Virus Vault (Start - Programs - AVG 7.5 - AVG Virus
Vault).
- Locate the file that was incorrectly removed.
- Right click on it and choose the "Restore File(s)" option.

AVG 8.0
- Open AVG user interface.
- Choose "Virus Vault" option from the "History" menu.
- Locate the file that was incorrectly removed and select it (one
click).
- Click on the "Restore" button.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your cooperation. We appreciate it.

Best regards,

David Machac
