Alex Suto You are encouraged to download and try it. Our customers reported that it is working under Win8 in case if it is installed as administrator (Right click to setup file and choose Run as administrator). However it is not officially supported to work under Windows 8.

Harald Vogel Hello. Thank you for your answer. So far I have not upgraded to Windows 8 but plan to do so in the coming months (bought the upgrade already). So are there plans to make it officially supported in Windows 8 or are there no more updates planned for this tool?

Alex Suto We plan to change the software protection module to support 64-bit binary code encoding (it is not affecting the software functions) and will be able to check if we need to improve something to add the support of Win8. But sorry, I can't tell you exactly when that happen, currently I have no estimate on this. Maybe it is the way now to wait what other W8 users will say about the compatibility. The promotion will start soon so you will be able to hear experience of others.

Alex Suto The main process is executing hidden and you may turn off the keyboard logger or just hide the icon from the tray bar. The encryption will be added with 64-bit support as it already described in my previous answers.

He also has no estimate (i.e. does not have a clue) when the support for 64-bit binary code encoding will be implemented. Also, he does not seem to have done much testing with regards to windows 8 compatibility - expecting us to rely on the experiences of others.

I do not feel happy doing business with somebody who does not seem willing to do much to *sell* his product.

Some vendors are exactly the opposite and I have bought software that I want but do not need just to support them. Heck, I even bought a *second* necessary licence once just to support an excellent product, excellent tech support and the right attitude (True Launch Bar).

mix624 So if I am writing a long text in a forum but the session expires and I lose all I have written can I regain it by copying the text in the keylog ?
Many times I have to rewrite what I have already written because of session expired or a password I have forgotten I cannot log in somewhere. All of this will be regainable with keylogger ? Then I want it.

Alex Suto Yes, you may do so, but I recommend you to write the text in Notepad then copy it to the forum via standard Windows clipboard. In that case you will be able just to login and paste the text again.

Loco78 * I bought and installed the thing does not run as it should. Rather than follow the activity of key pops up a message "can not find KeyboardTracer log file" or something like that. What should I do? I installed everything according to the instructions and as it should be I do not know why this message to check the activity of the keyboard? The program works because the settings and when you turn on the menu you will see that records events only how to display them, and why this error message? Please help if anyone knows what to do.

Just a Guy I'm having the same issue and setting administrative privileges did not fix, Another issue is that only if Keyboard Tracer is the active window it would work but if you are on any other window it will not record keystrokes

Loco78 * That's it. I have Windows 7 64bit system Profesjonal I set permissions for approval as G-Data Antivirus 2014 is there a program added to the trust. What's next look for a solution in Windows Defender? Maybe in the program is a mistake and a fix to resolve the matter I wrote to technical support and waiting for a response.
