So you get an email that you want to print out, you hit 'print', run to your printer, and WHOA does it ever look HORRIBLE. Up until now, you haven't had much of a choice in the way that your Outlook messages print out. Then again, up until now, you haven't had OutlookPrinter!

OutlookPrinter lets you print Outlook messages exactly the way you want, with the ability to customize your print job using an intuitive interface. You can even print incoming emails automatically - useful if you find yourself keeping hardcopy records of certain messages (like orders) anyway.

With OutlookPrinter, you'll be able to print your email messages using a different layout, or even using your own corporate template, ensuring that your hardcopy email messages have the same look and feel as your documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. By working hand in hand with Microsoft Word, OutlookPrinter gives you a great degree of flexibility in determining how your printed email messages look!

Michael Kenward I have used this software for some time. It does the job, but not very well.

It is not easy to use. It also causes occasional errors when I close Word after using it. I have reported them, but the software hasn't had a serious update in quite some time,so I don't expect solutions. It is also stuck on 32-bit Outlook.

My biggest complaint is that it fails to pick up the subject of an email message and instead creates a generic "Document1.pdf" filename.

It also does not work on open messages. You have to use it from the list view. This is not easy of you have opened a message that is buried somewhere in the depths of your Outlook system.

This could be a seriously useful addon for Outlook. Instead it is something I resort to when everything else fails.

I should add that other software from the same place is much easier to use, and is update from time to time. I am a great fan, and long time user, of SynchPST.

Pim Joosten Thanks Michael for your review. It saved me time, because it made me decide not to investigate this software further. If it is not properly maintained (i.e. 64-bit and Outlook 2013), for me that is already a reason not to buy software. The other issues you mentioned only add to that. Thanks again!
