y x waited all day, but did not get my receipt with the code :( Happend the second time in a row now. Seems that bdj has got some problems with the email system.
Yesterday I could resend my code for Screen Shapes and Controls, but I was not able to do so with today's PhotoToFilm - even viewing/resending via the purchases list in my account/profile did not work ... no mail in Inbox, Spam, Trash, Junk or similar folder!

Andy User Same here. Never got my code for Photo to Film. And now it's over. Checked spam, trash etc also.

Gary Smith This was a first for me to not receive the e-mail from a Bits du Jour offer. I checked SPAM folder and Inbox throughout the day. I was still signed in, and could receive other e-mails, just not from this offer. I clicked resend 3 times, and even did one from my Bits du Jour profile, but it never showed up. Apparently, several others had the same problem on this offer.

Can you check to see what happened?

feral1 The file downloaded appears to refer to itself as a Lite version of the software, something not mentioned in the solicitations. Is this in fact a Lite version?

Kenneth Bates Hi, Further to my comment over a day ago: I lost the link at the first attempt to download. Further attempts to get the download resulted in a message - "you can only purchase once", or similar. Anyone else in this situation can take encouragement from my experience. Quite a few hours later I got an acknowledgment of my order and another chance to download the program.
"All's well that ends well" so they say!
