gail f Are there directions to use this product? There aren't any in the download and the support link under "about" does not work. While it is not too hard, would appreciate reading instructions! Could not find on website either.

Hoang Vu Le @broxi: I checked the BBC iPlayer. It uses RSTP protocol. [FireLion] Link Sniffer can capture their link, here is the screenshot:

After you get the link, you should use a RSTP downloader like HiDownload. We recommended in requirements that [FireLion] Link Sniffer can not download stream and some special protocols. It just a simple download. Please use HiDownload.

gail f Hello and thanks for the link.. Are there any written instructions? The short video moves very fast, it looks like they never even entered a URL, just jumped back and forth a lot.

For us "non-techies" it is not so obvious-when it says "type the text you want to search here" I am not sure what that means. "Simple clicks" I'm sure it is; but you have to know what to click!

Hoang Vu Le It's easy to use the software. First, you go to Options to select Profiles (eg: YouTube).
Second, open your browser and surf to the video you want to get link. The link will appear in the [FireLion] Link Sniffer list.
That's all, really simple.

Verlie Whitlock I bought Link Sniffer today via Bits du Jour, but am unable to set it up - I get an error notice which reads:
"An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
MoveFile failed: Code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified."
I've tried several times to go through the process, to no avail - please help!

c.b. richardson what time zone sets the availability of product?
I tried to buy ad-muncher april 30 at 11:25pm and was informed that it was past the time for the daily deal. prior to that( late nite april 29) I was told it wasn't yet on sale. So what time zone sets the "deal" rate.
